It is simply the best bresaola of Valtellina, marked with the IGP mark. It is produced with the tip of the hip, a first choice cut of the bovine thigh, and with the finest spices and aromas from all over the world. In the manufacturing process, ancient dictates are followed, the result of a centuries-old tradition that allow to preserve the genuineness and freshness of this product, its unmistakable flavor and organoleptic properties.
