It is simply the best bresaola of Valtellina, marked with the IGP mark. It is produced with the tip of the hip, a first choice cut of the bovine thigh, and with the finest spices and aromas from all over the world. In the manufacturing process, ancient dictates are followed, the result of a centuries-old tradition that allow to preserve the genuineness and freshness of this product, its unmistakable flavor and organoleptic properties. Bresaola is an ideal food to meet daily nutritional needs because it is rich in protein, low in fat, and an important source of potassium and vitamins B1, B6 and B12.
