Petra 0105 HP is a natural blend based on partially sprouted wheat flour, sprouted oat flour and sprouted buckwheat seeds. The controlled sprouting allows a better fermentation of the flours, guaranteeing the maximum friability of the finished product. Moreover, thanks to the sprouting, oats and buckwheat lose their typical bitter scent, becoming much more pleasant on the palate.
