The history of Canuti pasta factory bears witness to the love for Italian tradition, a skill for making pasta and a passion for creativity as an expression of great flavor.
In 1950, the founder, Mario Canuti opened his first fresh pasta workshop in Rimini, in Emilia-Romagna, a region famed around the world for its gastronomic excellences. Since then, the business has developed, leading to the establishment of a modern factory.
We have opted to specialize in producing fresh frozen pasta for catering professionals, offering a vast range of lines and products.
