Pastificio del Colle produces artisanal dried pasta worked either handmade, flavoured or with bronze dies. Pastificio del Colle offers a huge variety of artisanal products.
Our mission is eating healthy offering a product of high quality, paying attention to the selection of raw materials such as selected durum wheat and natural colours, like turmeric, spinaches, beets, paprika, spirulina and cuttlefish ink for yellow, green, violet, orange, blue and black. All products are dried slowly at low temperature for 28-32 hours in order to preserve organoleptic characteristics.
