Obtained using only carefully selected fresh pork legs, which are flavored thanks to our natural infusion of spices and aromatic plants, the result of the recipe created by Luigi Vida in 1966, which gives the unmistakable taste of "Brace Vida". After a long massaging phase where the thigh is left to hang slightly, it is modeled out of the mold and tied thanks to the skilled hands of our butchers. The first cooking phase is slow and steamed, to preserve the best characteristics of the meat. Subsequently, a second roast cooking gives it the typical browning and the unique taste.
