Our business was born in the heart of Italy, among the sweet hills of the region Marche. In the early 90s Otello, the founder of the company, firstly started to process fresh durum wheat semolina pizza bases to be sold at local restaurants and to many country houses’ guests. Now, with the second generation involved in the everyday running of the company and in order to cater for the growth on demand we have built a state of the art 1,800 m² production site keeping the very same attention and artisan approach throughout all of our products range.
