At Martelli, we do not make any compromises: our 100% Italian pigs are bred according to such high conditions of welfare and safety that they do not need antibiotics at any stage of their life. We are among the first in Italy to be in a position to do this, because we deeply love our land and its traditions.

Founded in 1959 from a small slaughterhouse of farming tradition, the Martelli Group is made up of seven producing units . Combined together, these develop a complete productive cycle: from pig-farming to slaughtering, from the processing and distribution of the fresh meats, to the production of Parma hams, cooked hams mortadella, San Daniele hams and other pre-sliced deli meats.
