The Salumificio BBS carries out in his own factory the butchering of pigs hailed from small farms. The making of meats is artisan and accurately made in order to have high quality products as salami, coppa, ham and cooked cured-meats as mortadella (original recipe, with bronte pistachio nuts and with truffle), salame rosa, coppa di testa.
All these products are lactose free, gluten free and made with esclusively italian meats.
