For three generations has been selecting the best varieties of Italian rice from the traditional growing areas(Arborio, Carnaroli,Vialone Nano…). Also produce special rice (Integral, Blackrice Venere..), prepared rice, cereal mix, farro, polenta. The raw matter is stored in small silos and every lot is processed separately, ensure an homogeneous cooking and a traceability to the final product. Products are available either in Campanini own brand or in private label, packaging vacuum and map, They are present in Italian and world market since 80 years. Certification IFS, Kosher, Organic.
