We are an Italian manufacturer of dry egg pasta (durum wheat semolina) .
The company has grown and we are today at the third generation.
We produce an egg pasta from a closed and controlled food “farming-chain”
We process semolina and 100% Marche's eggs coming from our Henhouse.
The pasta factories that do not have their own food “farming-chain” buy the raw materials on the market, as other competitors, with the result of paradoxically producing a "standardized" pasta.
Our Semolina contains unique organoleptic properties with an important component of fiber and mineral salts.
