Since 1907, LACESA, carries on the authenticity of Sardinian dairy tradition and produces in the heart of the island excellent cheese specialties through the use of high-quality raw materials and innovative production process that respect the environment.
LACESA's goal is to offer to conscious consumer, the genuineness of products made through the enhancement of local know-how and protection of biodiversity of an uncontaminated territory such as Marghine, area of exclusive origin of the milk processed by the Cooperative.
