La Delizia Snc, is a well know company in the north-east of Italy in the production of the promt dish. Called "polenta" we mean that the corn meal become polenta in only 60 minutes of cooking, following the traditional receip and the typical pot called"paiolo". The flours selection and the handcraft manufacturing guarantee the high quality level of our product that is able to satisfy the most delicate palates.
