Cascina Fiume was born from the will of sons to continue Antonio's work in the field of livestock breeding and cultivation of pepper.
In this land where climate and soil gives it unique organoleptic characteristics, as the sweetness and tickness of the pulp.
We grow four type of peppers: Tumaticot, Quadrato, Trottola and the Corno di Carmagnola (presidio SLOW FOOD).
Cascina Fiume also grows and transforms tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, apricots, plums, cherries, peaches and pears.
