The history of our family from Polesine began more than 150 years ago. In the 1800s the great-grandfather Carlo was a trustworthy Norcino of Maestro Giuseppe Verdi. Then, later generations worked hard raising animals, planting poplars, producing vegetables, fruit, wheat and meats.
Luciano and Massimo Spigaroli have gathered the witness of their ancestors, transforming the traditions of the family in a small world dedicated to hospitality, to the catering and to the production of salami. Benedetta in this perspective continues the tradition of father Luciano and uncle Massimo.
