We are a family run, closed loop Balsamic Vinegar Farm since 1871, from 4 generations
The peculiarity of our working is that all processing steps takes place within one facility: starting from the growing of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, going through their picking up, squeezing, cooking and aging in the more of 3500 wooden barrels, until bottling and packaging.
The result of working exclusively the traditional way is a wide range of products, 100% natural, free of any kind of chemical agent like caramel, colorants or preservatives and with a real traceability throughout the producing path
