VINEYARDS: Trinità, San Michele, Sant’Anna and Incisa
VINIFICATION: traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks with low
temperature for about 15 days.
AGEING: 5/6 months sur lies .
BOTTLE AGEING: 3 months with controlled temperature.
COLOUR: straw yellow, with golden highlight.
PARFUME: : the nose is intense, fruity and floreal. It reveals white flower scent, apples and pears notes, with citrus and balsamic notes on the background.
TASTE: the palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, with a good freshness and structure.
ALCOHOL: 12,5% Vol.
Bottle size: 0,75 l
Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C.

PODERI MORETTI is a historic winery, result of the union of families Occhetti and Moretti, already present in Piedmont, Roero Area, since 1630.
The winery is conducted directly by the owner Francesco Moretti, supported by his daughter Alessandra, his son Riccardo and a team of capable employees for the management of all vineyards and wine making operations.
Skilful workmanship respecting tradition combined with avant-garde oenological techniques allow us to produce fine wines from Alba, Langhe and Roero, which have won awards in international wine competitions.
