The Drinking Vinegar by Lucia Maria Melchiori combines the benefits of apple vinegar from Val di Non with the natural properties of pure organic fruit juices.
Apple cider vinegar facilitates digestion, deflates, improves the appearance of the skin, is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and has a satiating power. Combined with apple, spinach and spirulina juices - also called "astronaut's seaweed" for its rich nutritional properties - it has a characteristic sweet sour taste and a non-invasive acetic scent.

Our main characteristic is the direct pressing of fresh and whole apples, without using concentrate, sugar, water or additives.
2013 we started offering different styles of unfiltered Beer that, together with various flavours of apple Cider, bring forth our Melchiori-Cider and Beer line.
Thanks to a cutting-edge production line which respects the territory and the environment, the family is able to offer genuine products.
