Mediterranea Quality Food through its Laltrapizza brand produces Pinsa and Pizza bases both ambient and frozen. Two product lines, one for the Horeca channel and one for the Retail channel. We are present both in Italy and abroad. All products are handcrafted and processed according to an innovative method that involves leavening and maturing for over 60 hours. Each piece is prepared, worked and rolled out by hand by our experts; the hydration of the dough makes the product far more digestible.
