Culatello di Zibello PDO, Strolghino, Spalla di Palasone (Shoulder), Salame Felino PGI, Strolghino, Coppa di Parma PGI and Parma Black Pork Salami are just some of the specialities we offer. Tradition and innovation come together in our completely handmade processing: our laboratory and our Culatello di Zibello PDO are certified to EU, Japan and South Korea export. Our Culatello di Zibello reserve aged in the old cellars of 1600.
