We select lean veal meat raised in our Macerata countryside and combine it with fresh vegetables and tomato sauce. The ragù cooks slowly for at least 8 hours to ensure its high digestibility. It can be used to dress tagliatelle, gnocchi or polenta and to prepare lasagna.
