Meat Substitute Mix Ragù is shelf-stable (24 months shelf-life), CLEAN LABEL and with a short ingredient list: only four ingredients, two of them being pulses. Meat Substitute Mix Ragù is neutral flavor and is with no methylcellulose, it has a great mouthfeel and is very easy to use. It allows an outstanding sauce final structure result, thanks to its great water absorption property.
