ANTIAGING SWEETENER
Natural sweetener without aftertaste. Its name derives from the fact that it belongs to the family of sugar alcohols (or polyols) such as Sorbitol, Maltitol etc ... Its prerogative is to be the only one in its Zero Calorie family.
Its most important features:
- in the kitchen it is an excellent ally for preparing sweets and desserts;
- it has a sweetening power of 60-70% compared to common cooking sugar;
- the consumption of foods or drinks containing erythritol instead of sugar contributes to a lower rise in blood sugar compared to products containing sugars;
-does not contain fructose.
