The olive paté is a mixture of olive pulp and a few other ingredients. It is used as an appetizer, spread on canapés or croutons, or as a condiment for pasta or rice. It can be combined with a plethora of recipes to flavor meat and fish dishes, but the most frequent use is certainly as an appetizer.

The Oleificio Sant'Anna was born in the late nineties, in the setting of the suggestive Marsala, a well known city in western Sicily.
There are three oils produced: Strong , Light and Organic
