The balsamic Maccubbo was born from a recipe born in the 60s. A blend of wine vinegar and sugar from white grapes grown in the countryside of Marsala and Petrosino. Aged in wooden barrels, made with natural ingredients, the Maccubbo balsamic is brown in color, and with a pleasantly tantalizing taste. A product with almost no alcohol content, without fats and gluten, it is able to enhance your dishes without ever covering their flavor. Ideal for dressing salads, appetizers of any kind, cooked and raw vegetables and especially meat and fish dishes.
