Fattorie Garofalo is the leading company in the production of of PDO Buffalo Mozzarella. Founded in 1962 by the Garofalo family, today the company has a completely integrated supply chain from buffaloes breeding to transformation into a finished product. With seven agro-zootechnical farms and 15,000 buffaloes , the company has a traced and controlled raw material.
