Bergamot honey

For our Bergamot flavored honey we use the very precious Sulla honey. This honey is characterized by a very light color that tends to become white in the crystallization phase. Sulla honey comes from a plant (Hedysarium coronarium) very widespread in Italy with some excellences derived from single-flower production, including the Calabria region. The taste is very delicate and thanks to the aroma of Bergamot essential oil it has a calming and anti-stress power as the perfume induces a joyful and dynamic mood by eliminating psychological blocks. Rich in nutrients, it is also excellent as an antibacterial with beneficial properties for sore throats, but it can also be used in hot milk or sweets.
