Menz&Gasser produces and packs jams, marmalades and honeys in various formats as well as fruit preparations for cakes and pastries. After making a healthy investment in sauce production, we have expanded our range to include savoury and sweet-and-sour recipes, from dips and chutneys to seasonings. We make products for supermarkets, ice cream and confectionery makers, hotel, restaurant and catering trade. We create tailor-made products for the private-label market, and making fruit- and vegetable-based semi-processed products for the food industry.
