Our Bergamot jam is made only with selected Bergamots, and this ensures the quality and genuineness of the product. The Bergamot of Calabria is a very particular and unique fruit as it grows only on the Ionian coast in the Province of Reggio Calabria. The fruit is harvested from November to March, it is yellow in color and round in shape and we can distinguish 3 types: the female, the chestnut and the fantastic.
