KIND OF WINE: red wine
VARIETY: 100% Nebbiolo grape
VINEYARDS: Trinità, Gorrini, Anime and Valmaggiore
VINIFICATION: traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a long
maceration of about 15 days
AGEING: 12 months in big oak barrels and french barriques.
BOTTLE AGEING: 6 months with controlled temperature.
COLOUR: intense ruby red, with garnet highlight.
PARFUME: the nose is fruity, floreal, elegant, well-balanced and offers
finesse, a fine intensity as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals violet and
raspberries scent with sweet spices notes of vanilla and liquorice in the
background.
TASTE: the palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, with a good freshness
and structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild red
berries and cherry. Tannins are fine and a bit young. Good length.
ALCOHOL: 14% Vol.
Bottle size: 0,75 l
Serve at a temperature of 16-18° C.

PODERI MORETTI is a historic winery, result of the union of families Occhetti and Moretti, already present in Piedmont, Roero Area, since 1630.
The winery is conducted directly by the owner Francesco Moretti, supported by his daughter Alessandra, his son Riccardo and a team of capable employees for the management of all vineyards and wine making operations.
