The BIONNA is a low fermentation beer, produced according to old Stuttgart recipes with a small percentage of wheat which emphasizes, with a slight acidity, the fruity note present. Visually we find a straw yellow tending to gold, slightly opalescent, with a beautiful abundant white foam. On the nose, hints of fresh hops and citrus notes are perceived, while the drink is perceived notes of malt and bread crust, accompanied by a pleasant citrus and herbaceous note.

BIRRA LA DAMA was born in 2012 in Rome. Here we experimented through a creative brewery laboratory, leading us to know "beers" in all its forms.
