Roma Brescia is a top-fermented beer that blends the English style with the American one, with a strong taste that enhances the sweet notes of European malts and the enveloping and persistent bitterness of American hops. Visually it shows a deep gold color and a beautiful abundant white foam. On the nose there are abundant notes of resin and citrus as in the best beers of this style. On the drink there are sweet malty notes and crusty bread upon entry, which soon turn into a round and lasting bitter finish on the palate.

BIRRA LA DAMA was born in 2012 in Rome. Here we experimented through a creative brewery laboratory, leading us to know "beers" in all its forms. Today, after brewing experiences in various parts of Europe, our new home is located in Bedizzole, a town near the shores of lake Garda. Our work does not consist only in producing beer, but we also create quality food products with it, designed with artisans from all over the national territory. We offer production consultancy, local set-up, beer tasting and hombrewing courses, haccp.
