LA MOROSINA SENSIA Agricultural beer without gluten

The project of the Agricultural Italian Beer called LA MOROSINA is the revival of an ancient tradition of the territory of the park of the river Ticino. Not later than a century ago, in the valley of the Ticino river, the beer was produced using raw materials grown and processed within the farms. Barley, water and hops have always drank and refreshed the inhabitants of this rural reality.
It’s with the same enthusiasm that we now realize our beer, produced with raw materials cultivated entirely within the boundary of our farm.
