Jack Lemon is a top-fermented beer of Anglo-American inspiration, distinguished by its balanced and pleasant fruity aroma of citrus fruits from Lake Garda that give it a freshness that makes it easy to drink. At sight we find a straw yellow color, slightly veiled, with an abundant foam. On the nose, notes of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit are perceived. Upon drinking, you discover sweet malty notes and incoming bread crust, exotic fruits, which are transformed into a round bitter finish on the palate given by the mix of hops and citrus fruits.

BIRRA LA DAMA was born in 2012 in Rome. Here we experimented through a creative brewery laboratory, leading us to know "beers" in all its forms. Today, after brewing experiences in various parts of Europe, our new home is located in Bedizzole, a town near the shores of lake Garda. Our work does not consist only in producing beer, but we also create quality food products with it, designed with artisans from all over the national territory.
