It has a round and intense taste, balanced acidity, high density. A one hundred percent natural product, free from caramel, dyes or additives. Gives the best of itself on flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano and pears, fresh strawberries, risotto and scallops, foie gras, pancakes with courgette flowers, carpaccio of meat and fish tartare, sushi and sashimi.
