It has fewer calories than a fruit yogurt thanks to the processing based on carob flour and milk. The sugar has been completely replaced with Erythritol: a zero-calorie sweetener with antioxidant effects. Carob is rich in fiber which slows down the absorption of carbohydrates and gives a chocolate taste without adding cocoa. It has a low glycemic index thanks to the use of Inulin Excellence, a natural fiber extracted from chicory that prevents up to 20% from the absorption of fats and sugars.
