Fontal Nazionale
Semi-hard and pressed cheese. Its name derives from the contraction between Fontina and Emmental from which obviously similar characteristics derive. It is made with cow's milk, has a smooth, elastic and thin rind and the paste is compact and soft, white or pale yellow in color. Seasoning from 30 to 60 days.
