Founded in 1990 by Mr. Luigi Picerno, today PanBiscò is one of the most important Artisanal Realities in the Apulian Territory. Thanks to his commitment, in 2014 Mr. Picerno was elected as President of the Pane di Altamura DOP Consortium, a commitment that he carries out with pride and dedication daily.
In addition to the Bread, PanBiscò stands out for its excellent bakery products such as the Croutons and the Bruschetta of Altamura, two exclusive products, Focacce, Biscotti, Friselle and Taralli, produced with selected raw materials and the know-how of over 50 years.
