Petra 3 HP is the highest expression of wheat, ground according to the "Augmented Stone Milling" process and partially from sprouted wheat.

The grinding allows to enhance the taste of the cereal, keeping the bran parts and the germ unaltered. Sprouting on the other hand allows to increase the volume and friability of the products.
