Progeo Molini has been clear about this concept since the nineties when we were inspired by the work of a gifted miller in Adria and consequently acquired the know-how and brand of Uno Italia flour type 1 used to make the well-known Ciabatta Italia.
A design choice before a production choice. We pursue this ongoing pathway every day in order to develop high dietary fibre flours, such as "dark" type 2 flour and type 1 from QC (Quality Controlled) wheat - the most recent offerings in our catalogue of products.
Excellent raw materials, exclusive working processes and respect for the ancient milling traditions make this flour superior in quality and richly innovative.
