The flours of the sustainable line are born from the desire to offer 100% Italian products processed in respect of the planet through agricultural practices that limit the environmental impact as much as possible. Through complex calculation systems, it was possible to detect the emission of co2 per kg of flour and, by making the appropriate operational changes directly in the harvest fields, in 2019 Molini Pivetti obtained the sustainability certification from the international body CSQA. Type 0 sustainable agriculture flour is particularly suitable for the preparation of bread, pizza, fresh pasta and desserts.
