EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
This Mono Cultivar of “Nocellara del Belice” is obtained from organic olives grown exclusively within the Case di Latomie company. It stands out for its medium, round and full fruitiness and for its particular density and glaze. Its fragrance reminds us of fresh fruit, with a pleasant aftertaste of tomato and sweet almond. Thanks to its herbaceous scent and its unexpected sweetness, it lends itself to cooking based on both raw and cooked fish but also on legume soups, red meats and all vegetable-based dishes.
