Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Extra Vecchio produced in a limited edition and personally signed by Ermes Malpighi, fourth generation of Acetaia a master taster AED. A very fine product, very dense, with a round taste and an intense aroma, aged for a long time in barrels of the finest woods. Raw, on flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh strawberries, risotto, foie gras, meat carpaccio and fish tartare. To flavor sauces for boiled meats, cooked and grilled vegetables, aged cheeses, homemade ice cream and dark chocolate. Ideal alone, as a digestive.
