Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO with aging characteristics of over 25 years. With a fully harmonious and mature flavor, it is characterized by high density and an intense and persistent aroma. Ideal to be tasted in drops with a small spoon of white porcelain or plastic (but not aluminum), at the end of a meal as a digestive. It gives its best if used raw and poured in small drops on flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh strawberries, cream ice cream. It is an original ingredient for sophisticated cocktails. It does not cover the flavors but enhances them. An original proposal The Extra-Old of the Malpighi house in the refined “Antico Mosto” cocktail: 3.5 cl of Brachetto Terre Filari, 3cl of Magique Noir, 0.5cl of Extra Vecchio, ice and mixer.
