Dolomais' idea has its roots in the ancient Belluno tradition, preserved and reinterpreted in an innovative way in the family farmhouse: transforming the delicious polenta of the typical mountain meal - raw flour, pure water, a pinch of salt and skilled hands - in crunchy and delicious sheets of corn, as light as wings, to be munched at any time. From the appreciation by the guests and the growing success of the Dolomais with the local public, in 2015 an ambitious business project began to take shape: to fly the Wings of Corn on the table of all those who love the lightness of the unmistakable and pure taste of nature, nourishment for the body, mind and soul. our ingredients: The very high quality of our Corn Wings is the result of the care with which we approach the selection of the basic elements with which they are made. Inspired by the principles of the long family tradition that belongs to us and the sensitivity that has always guided our vision, we have chosen to use only ingredients from certified organic farming, guaranteeing the complete exclusion of the use of chemical additives and GMOs. Our raw materials, grown in compliance with the environmental ecosystem of origin and baked in the oven with cutting-edge technological solutions, avoiding added oils and benefiting from those naturally present in corn, can in this way enhance the flavor of authentic well-being, while preserving unaltered the richness of nutritional properties.
