The Salumieri of Castel Castagna is a company specialized in the production of excellent sausages and hams,active for over 35 years.
It is one of the few farms in Italy with a complete chain,because the meat used are derived from a herd of pigs owned, situated on the slopes of the Gran Sasso D'Italia. In june 2013 was inaugurated the new plant of about 5000 square meters.
