The fresh and thirst-quenching idea Our continuous research has allowed us to produce the brand new Cold Brew, a natural soft drink for coffee lovers and all those who want to venture into a fantastic world of flavors. We started by roasting a fine Specialty Coffee, we infused it cold for 12 hours, then we extracted it with a double filtration process to obtain the final result: a complex, soft and full-bodied infusion with a low acid content and a chocolate finish. In fact, the acidity decreases with the lowering of the water temperature and "Brew" literally means "infused". In fact, the extraction takes place by infusion, slowly, with cold water. This product served on tap is completely natural, without dyes, preservatives and flavors; no added sugar and no calories; an extraordinary, thirst-quenching and refreshing drink.
