VINIFICATION: traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a long
maceration for about 25 days.
AGEING: 24 months in big Slavonian Oak barrels and French Oak tonneaux
BOTTLE AGEING: 6 months with controlled temperature.
COLOUR: intense ruby red, with garnet highlight.
PARFUME: the nose is intense and complex, with floreal and fruits notes, and sweet spices in the background.
TASTE: the palate is fat and pastry, well-balanced and long
ALCOHOL: 14,5% Vol.
Bottle size: 0,75 l
Serve at a temperature of 16-18° C.

PODERI MORETTI is a historic winery, result of the union of families Occhetti and Moretti, already present in Piedmont, Roero Area, since 1630.
The winery is conducted directly by the owner Francesco Moretti, supported by his daughter Alessandra, his son Riccardo and a team of capable employees for the management of all vineyards and wine making operations.
Skilful workmanship respecting tradition combined with avant-garde oenological techniques allow us to produce fine wines from Alba, Langhe and Roero, which have won awards in international wine competitions.
