Thanks to a superior maturation, Asiago DOP Fresco acquires personality and enriches its taste with intense notes while maintaining the traditional sweetness. A unique flavor that obtains the Riserva denomination. MATURING At least 40 days in rooms with controlled temperature and humidity. PASTA White or straw yellow, with marked and irregular holes. Over time it changes and tends to become more and more creamy. TASTE Sweet and slightly acidic, with pleasant and intense aromatic accents.

The heart of our company, founded in 1915 in northern Italy where our business is concentrated, is the maturing and trading of cheeses. We also regularly export to almost all EU countries and several non-EU countries (Canada, USA, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Philippines, Ethiopia, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan).
