Our Rosé Condiment is an innovative product coming from the aging of selected white grapes and wine vinegar. His peculiarity is his particular pink color, given by the use of a specific grape of our territory, Ancellotta. It has a very unique taste, very fruity and delicate, with hints of peach. Different from any other Condiment, it has a low level of acidity and is 100% natural, with no added flavorings, preservatives, thickeners, etc. It is perfect on fresh salads and vegetables. Excellent on fresh seafood and white meat.
