Anchovy fillets caught in the Cantabrian Sea, in northern Spain. Its cold and well-oxygenated waters favor a habitat rich in plankton. The anchovies of this sea have a strong brown color and are thick and tasty for the delicate layer of fat which pleasantly rounds their taste. The ORIGINI line offers quality anchovies, coming from seas that have centuries-old fishing traditions and respectful of the seabed (purse-seine nets only). The 28g single portion is very practical, made of 100% and infinitely recyclable aluminum.
